Start up so teams are small and work load can be a lot but we are working through it and supported fully.

The product is promising, and there are strong scientific and R&D teams,

After laying the foundation to develop a new territory, sharing my contacts, and receiving referrals for this expensive treatment, I was informed that I was being replaced by a younger former colleague of the head of sales. Not cool at all! I believe age discrimination was at play, but as a contractor, I couldn't bring it as a complaint.
