- series of sudden layoff during 2020-2024 leaving bad impression for some people including me, but I can see it now as hard decision to barely survive
- slow(stagnant?) growth
- bad career track, it's like jungle, some has fast track, some stagnant. product people usually rose rapidly while the software and ai engineer is just the same title
- I heard it's hard to get full time employment now, everyone hired as contract
