Where do I start… Some salespeople steal your sales, management does nothing about it when mentioned (but you’ll be in deep for not hitting targets while the other person thrives on stealing your sales lol) Management is a mess, locked away in their office every day while hounding the salespeople do achieve targets. No recognition for achievements whatsoever. Bullying and favouritism is VERY evident.
