Noetix was a wonderful place to work

So unfortunate that they had to merge with Kalido and become Magnitude Software.

The culture and the employees have been the BIGGEST part of why most people love to work for Noetix. Smart, talented, innovative people with creative ideas working together towards a common goal - to make, sell and support products that our customers love. We've had our share of ups and downs this past year but moving forward as Magnitude Software, there is a lot of potential for growth if employees are up for the challenge.

Lots of change all at once. Hopefully things will settle down for a bit and level off so that it won't feel like we are always chasing fires to put out.
