Be careful - Recensione dipendente - Team Manager presso Nokia

Senior management has big challenges in business strategy. They also seem to be immune to feedback even though they prentend to active ask for it. Personal performance is done as a stacked rating which has proven to be counter-productive and all other companies has moved away from it a long time ago. The evaluation system is in conflict with the company values but it doesn't seem to bother the senior management and any discussion about it will be shut down and the person raising it will be questioned. Stay away or be very careful in the company.
