The organization was always quite flat so not too many chiefs, there was always a steady stream of new projects and opportunities to learn new skills. Another positive was the corporate culture. We were a cohesive and collaborative tribe for many years and we had the freedom to grow within the company.

Many times, the organization moved too slow and just about the time great work was put in place, we'd change direction or start reinventing the wheel. Lastly, the downsizing, layoffs, redundecies, renewals, refocusing, etc etc was neverending.
