Great teams and very challenging problems to solve everyday and exciting work culture. Great salaries, I don't think any other company can pay you so much than nokia, unless you are working for Google/FB/Some highly funded start up.

Management is the biggest drawback of this great company. Management in all departments which I dealt with are unbelievably useless. Technical decisions, feature sets are made and promised by product management who have no clue how they are done and what are its pros and cons. decisions making takes forever and ever.
