      1.The work is quite relaxed and deadlines can be postponed easily. 2.People are not very serious about their work. 3.Its getting to be a service based company with huge recruitment s and its getting to be more process oriented. 4.Freedom to experiment and learn is getting reduced gradually.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
