Totally chaotic management, on both C** level and lower. Politics. Awful lots of politics. Low pay. Old boy network is pushing out enthusiastic skilled people leaving old guys who know and protect each other since 20 years. Old technologies. Practically impossible to get fired, hence people who do nothing. Sometimes teams of such people. Travel and education are blocked most of the time due to cost cutting. No working code of conduct. Toxic people are not addressed by management.
