Vast number of leaves. Work life balance is a matter of choice.Those who are not interested in doing anything can involve themselves in office politics and survive. Cab facility which is pretty decent. Free mobile and bills

Salary below market standards. Company is in huge loss ,hence impacting the huge bonus component they project. Very poor compensation to freshers from all colleges except IITs. Bad projects which is like every1 does the same work which is testing across all teams. Inexperienced Managers who are not capable of doing anything except to shout at employees Micromanagement after a new Director took over,includes dirty politics. Very bad hikes. Certain team try to save their asses off even though there is no future in Nokia. Windows phones is a good thing to come in future but not in the near future which is a disadvantage for ppl looking for long term career plan. 90 % of the crowd are incompetent people.So if u are from a top college as a fresher or from a good company with a decent technical background then frustration is sure to creep in. Worst work space.All are interested in looking into what others do in office rather than minding their own business. Dont expect team lunch,team outings. With the present company situtation it is more likely that the cab facility and unlimited mobile bills likely to get axed.

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
