Pay and benefits are good

It is now all about making money and no longer about having a good work-life-balance. They will bleed you dry and then lay you off. They now have what is called a Needs Improvement competitive mindset, where they make it so that no one shares information or knowledge just to remain employed. No longer work as a team or support each other. More like work till you can't work no more and you have to leave. So much has changed, and not for the better. So many have left on their own to try and find a more caring company.
