Huge Inequalitites in the Salary. During the ramp-up they hired engineers with significantly lower salaries than the existing NSN engineers (The old engineers coming from NSN are in their majority very low performers). When they started leaving, they hired new engineers with high salaries too. The most productive engineers of the company are the lowest paid. The salary is a random (or politics) process that has nothing to do with productivity and competences. Politics is the main path to creer advancement. Person over team approach is generally rewarded.

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
