      Awesome place to start your career from. Nokia culture was the best I have come across with different companies. People with good skill set and good knowledge. Managers some of them are very good. I realized this after leaving the companay. Good environment, work life balance, employee friendly. Good care of employees even in bad time of company.

      Lots of re-orgs towards the end. So much uncertainity with future.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
