      Average salaries below market. Raises are usually very low, so try to get the most you can when getting in company. Tech stack can be quite old, especially if you work in legacy products. Management tolerates under-performers, and usually overloads high-performers.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
