      Family friendly job. Wide range of worldwide career opportunities. Lot of learning, training and development possibilities. Wide range of compensations and benefits. Location of the office is very good (near the center).

      Not the top paying software developer career. In some cases the work experience is not so relevant for other areas.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
