      Spent to much money, need to cut down the travel when it is needed. Need to have products that make customers crazy therefore they will have the big profits.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
