      The peer support is very well. We can have very good benefits. The working from home is encouraged. You are adopted in the team and you can get support from anyone you ask for.

      The targets are given top-down and are quite challenging. Sometimes you are but in too much pressure because of limited number of resources and cost reduction initiatives.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
