      Regional politics - preference given to kannada people. Otn teams are fully biased .I know husband and wife working together in same teams and getting hikes and promotions yearly. Kannada people everywhere Toxicity by directors - dabba open , eating and working at desk . All family relatives are in same location. All surnames GOWda and their families Patheticcccccc!!!

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
