      Nice work life balance. People are generally friendly.

      Company is bloated. There are tons of people who work there with no real contribution. Managment always seem to take the wrong decisions and takes insane bonuses while employees are getting tiny raises once in a year. Shrinking benefits.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
