Generally good Tech. Fast follower Vs. leader

Sales treated as overhead and for some reason don't trust sales with real roadmap information (despite not inventing cold fusion). Literally, have been in meetings with Sr. Execs from customer & Nokia and sales was asked to leave the room so they could discuss futures. What does that tell the customer about the level of collaboration and trust inherent in the organization.

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

Svantaggi

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
