      They don't micromanage, can learn alot of other skills

      Management is messy, require a lot of agents (i.e told to call themselves supervisors on the phone, when not compensated as such)

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
