I'm a few months in and enjoying the work, people, and culture. Everyone is incredibly bright and motivated and it makes one want to do one's best. The technology and operations are very interesting and there is a lot to learn. The culture is transparent, hard-working, supportive and friendly.

Pace of change is high, this may be too much for some but others will find it exciting. Need to expand lab and office space; we are growing and outgrowing the space!
