Poor leadership - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Nomical

Working for Nomical was great, I enjoyed working with the people as they were extremely friendly and helpful. You have direct access to CEO and founder level management as it is a small company, meaning you have everyones ear if you need anything. Nomical have incredibly intelligent people wprking for them that will do their best to help you daily if you need it, I had a great time learning about the company, its operations and my role when I first joined, any question I had, it was answered immediately as everyones ready to help. They are also extremely flexible and understanding of any situation you may be in, so you can be honest with them and you will be listened to. Overall Nomical is great and everyone's cool, I will be staying in touch ! I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone wanting to join them or anyone that needs their services !

Company credit card Friendly colleagues Great atmosphere Approchable senior management I have read the 2, 1 star reviews and I know exactly who have put these. Their comments are completely unfair and have nobody but thereselves to blame for losing their jobs. I have worked for nomical for 3 years + . The atmosphere is so friendly and the owners of the business are completely approachable and do not look down on anybody. Nomical has grown very fast since I have been here and of course there is bound to be teething problems. Couldn't imagine working anywhere else!
