One thing I also value is their flexibility when it comes to work-life balance. In my experience, they have been very understanding with family matters and time off in general. I have heard my manager say on several occasions after finishing long project to take some time and unwind before jumping onto the next thing. That has not been my experience in all my roles, so I value it when managers recognize the possibility of burnout and are actively looking to avoid it.
