Monthly sales recognition meetings are amazing for instilling comraderie and company togetherness. Employee shopping benefits - sales, events, trunk shows. Ongoing employee recognition was great.

None of the above "pros" apply to the following: One vp was quick to overly criticize the small things, while neglecting to give praise or recognition for positive results. I witnessed one employee slowly deteriorate and lose all confidence in their ability to do their daily work. Corporate director played favorites, and it was obvious. Made inaccurate judgement accusations relating to diveristy, resulting in unfair treatment througout their tenure. Majority of paycheck goes towards purchases- hard to save.
