honestly there are no cons

Serving the public, books, for the most part creative & caring staff, decent compensation & benefits

Terrible red tape, it takes forever to get things done. You can get very lucky with management and most of the staff are truly wonderful, fun, hardworking people, but it's a roll of the dice. There are some truly inept and/or downright cruel people.
