Pay is below average for skilled professions in Norway, yearly increases are below nominal inflation, research funds misteriously disappear. The location has miserable weather but you must live there despite hybrid work being an option. Budgetting is chaotic and purchases come too late. Management ignores all requests and complaints until you grow tired and drop the issue.
