      located in San Clemente. Lots of responsibility, wear multiple hats. Casual environment.

      Hostile work environment. Management (owners) yell at employees and are condescending to both clients, and employees. Lure you in to a start-up environment with intention to add value and sell. Truth is, there is no structure, and leadership is non-existent. No benefits, no healthcare, no HR. Create false glassdoor reviews to negate negative reviews.

      It's a good learning experience with their non-optimized code if you have no other place to go. If you can work with that, it doesn't get much worse. Programmers are friendly.

      Management communicates with yelling. All the earnings from new contracts go to the managers, employees are the ones doing the hard work but gets nothing. No benefits whatsoever. I'm not sure why the more senior programmers haven't left yet. Maybe they promised them the company after they retired? You're never getting that carrot dangling in front of you buddy. But you might get worked to death. Did I mention lots of yelling?
