Good training gives you good insight on phone sales fair hourly

Laughable commission structure when they tell ppl can make 75-100k then get laughed at in training when asking if it was possible to make that much. They say constantly at first say “everyone matters” but they constantly fire hard working people instead of actually working with them. About 90% of the “warm qualified leads”that they are so proud of most are not at all interested IF they even know what they’re on the phone for.
