Poor communication between RN staff and CRMA RN disrespectful, quick to reprimand without all facts

1. Great company to learn about the accounting and SR&ED consulting industry. 2. Open door policies of Managers. You can walk, knock and have a talk about any thing from projects or overall industry. 3. Learning new technologies and clients that work in cut-throat technology space. Meeting with engineers and R&D researchers on a day to day basis helps a lot in increasing your knowledge of technologies. 5. On the job training, shadowing managers on meetings and other processes that allow an employee learn quickly about the industry. 5. Yearly performance review process is one of the most smooth process I have ever been part of. 6. Open to provide responsibilities to employees who are willing to take them. 7.
