      An industry that is good to experience, and you will not find many companies that does the same thing

      It's a One man show organization.. Very bad Management no respect to others Engineers don't get respected at all... Engineers work as clerks, business majors works as Engineers, High school degree run departments.. There are very little qualified individuals, and thats because they do not invest in their Employees, get hired at very low salary and never get raise also on a Christmas bonus most of the people received less than $200, which is more of an insult than any other thing.

      We're sorry you felt disgruntled by your experience at NAS. We've taken on board many of the concerns our employees raised and have worked to implement new changes and structure to improve the culture and career advancement. Our current employees are significantly happier.

      Although Northern has a lot of employees only a fraction are office employees. Co workers were very nice and management took steps to ensure employees were happy.

      Being that it is a smaller company, there is limited growth opportunities when compared to larger organizations.
