Research your Director & beware of HR - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Northern State University

My boss did not show up for work half of the time and we never knew how to reach him. He ran the department into the ground with his reputation. He lies to his employees, avoids solving employee issues, and hasn’t attended a HOWL day/awards night for his students in years. How does he still have a job? Good old boys club politics! His partner works at the school, does an amazing job, and makes a difference. Don’t trust HR with anything confidential either! Before I left (escaped), they broke confidentiality. I have proof. I was never given an exit interview or had an opportunity to voice my concerns. Be warned and be careful!
