      Management obviously plays favorites. Rules do not apply to all. There are no consequences for actions, when events do happen management will never addresses the problem with those involved, just talk about them behind their backs to everyone else. The attitude of management is surly at best. If you are a hard worker you will work while others sit at the control desk talking and entertaining management.

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Svantaggi

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
