Very pleasant place to work. Senior management is dedicated to growing the company ASAP and the culture is very entrepreneurial from the perspective of marketing and product development. Great relationship with key channel partners.

Management wants to increase revenues in a market that is declining in size. Pressure to increase sales is strong. Pay is about 25% less than comparable position with a large software company.

Notable has a "no walls" culture that allows you access to all individuals. The mentoring is there, if you want it. The hours at the main office are very reasonable, not much overtime. There are a lot of very bright people in the company who can teach one quite a bit.

Svantaggi

No training to speak of, you have to jump in and learn yourself. A smallish company, there is little room for advancement within the company, and those who get promoted just end up with more responsibilities. The benefits are sub-par for a company of this size, and the compensation is average at best. A lot of times there is no sense of urgency to solve a problem, which is odd in a technology company. There's quite a bit of nepotism in the company.
