Need to develop more equipment.

Learn a lot about manufacturing in the sheet metal industry. Skilled workers with great knowledge in welding, sheet metal press brake operation, and machining. Also a lot of knowledge of the food processing business by most of the owners / management. A lot of hands on design.

Poor direction by the bosses and management. Too many bosses, in one day you may have to take instructions from up to 4 different people, not all of the bosses and management talk to each other. Bosses / management almost never agree with each others direction. Very poor communication in the company, everything is very last minute rush, there is not much planning that takes place.
