Everyone I have met while working at Notion has great communication skills. People are collaborative and social.

I have not found any cons.

It’s exciting to be part of a growing company and seeing it evolve. Additionally, leadership cares about their employees and there’s opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Work comes in waves and can be demanding at times.
