Good people but very poorly managed - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Nova Flex LED

Senior Management and it's Board of Directors breed a toxic environment in general Management. Within a year, only 1 manager remains from about a year ago. Most of the separations are painted in the light of the individual leaving because they accepted a better role, but through friendships with those involved, I know this to not always be the case. It is sad to see such good managers leave as it is often hard to find ones that people genuinely like to work under.
