I worked in their Winter internship. I learned so much and got a chance to work with some amazing leaders! I was able to gain new skills in sales and leadership. So grateful for the opportunity.

The team was so helpful and inviting

I've been working with Nova since February and I absolutely love it here, the people are really friendly, management team are amazing people to work with. We currently manage events for top clients in the Connecticut area and work with many different vendor to help expand our client list. The compensation is very reasonable and we are given opportunity to take full advantage of our clients different compensation package. I don't think I've ever worked somewhere I can excel while working with amazing people and making great money. I'm so glad I applied for this company and can't wait to see what's next.

Only con I see is we don't have room for a pool table that will be super cool to have for after work.
