Perfect Channel has a flat hierarchical model, completely collaborative, in which Senior Technical Management advise the team leaders and provide the direction the product takes - and this is then further refined in team discussions, thus ensuring that the best solution is implemented.
I felt that Perfect Channel is the ideal work environment where everyone gives their best to the team and the team works together. It is a supportive and caring environment : everyone's opinion is respected and everyone feels a valued member of the team.
It's a lot of fun to work at Perfect Channel too. Even though we worked hard, we had a lot of fun doing it ! I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Channel - it was the best company and the best team I have worked with in a career spanning 20 years.
