      On the floor, the teamwork between the staff is impeccable. The benefits are great too. Also, the beach is 10 minutes away.

      Pay Rate per hour is low due to the area and lack of competition, and the staffing ratios are awful; 6:1 on most of the floors.

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
