Vantaggi

Novar has a great work environment. The office feeds off of energy, the employees are very welcoming, and also have music playing constantly in the morning. Besides the work environment, the company also have a great opportunity on the table, if people are willing to hard. It especially is a good company to work for if you are recent college graduate.

Svantaggi

There really isn't any major cons with the company, unless you are scared of hard work or don't enjoy sales. You will work on average 50 to 55 hours per week, and you will spend the majority of your time cold-calling businesses. Overall, if you are a peoples person and ready work hard, this a great company to work for.

Vantaggi

I was able to learn a lot of useful and practical skills that allowed me to transition into the work field. Effective communication and time management skills are just a few of the things I was able to really improve on.

Svantaggi

Having a strong work ethic and being able to maintain a consistent attitude is important and a must at this company.

Vantaggi

Team night was a great way to build the team and for employees to get to know each other outside of work. Everyone is assigned to different territories, so you don't see your coworkers throughout the day. There is a long-term potential for growth if you're okay with doing door to door sales for a year, minimum. I hear the pay scale is great once you get promoted to assistant manager, but I never saw anyone get promoted.

Svantaggi

Long hours, very low payment structure, "managers" lack professionalism, most employees there don't stay longer than a month. Unfortunately, the potential for growth is based on a pyramid mentality. The more people under you, the faster you get to the top. However, if people continuously leave, you will never get to the top because you have to keep rebuilding the team. The job description of "management training" is also very vague and does not truly describe the role--B2B sales. Keep in mind that you will not be compensated for gas/mileage. A commission payscale isn't good for everyone. This job is ideal for single, fresh out of college employees with minimal bills.
