      Successfull company driven by a focus on delivering results. Good teams. Divisions have been pretty independent, (which is more and more changing) . Good development opportunities.

      Svantaggi

      Sometimes too pushy on strictly making the numbers. QA is getting stronger and stronger, watch out on bureaucracy. Need to see how Novartis Services organization will perform.

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
