Strong agile, specifically Kanban, processes led by an enthusiastic and knowledge delivery team. With a very talented technical team with the freedom to do things right with very little pressure.

      They have a very welcoming team, your voice gets heard because the team is small and the owner is open-minded. I got chances to participate in lots of decision-making parts even as an intern there, and was able to express my creative ideas without any pressure.
