You do not get breaks, not even to use the restroom. You have to beg to use the restroom. All the cell leads for the most part are extremely rude. Shifts always run short, your forced to work your days off so the rotation schedule you get doesn't mean crap. Management doesn't care about the employees. They want you to change your appointments to work around their schedule. I spent three months here and everyday people were walking out pissed off due to not getting any breaks and being treated like crap. There really hasn't been anyone there for a long time and turnover there is so bad. For $13.00 an hour they expect way to much from people.
