There is a steep learning curve and it is very fast-paced but you'll feel empowered and energised from day one. Everyone goes above and beyond.

The management and teams are amazing and the communication is always clear and easy. It's a fun environment with plenty to learn and expand your skills every day, which motivates you to aim for success daily. No micormanagmenet. The salary is good.

The only thing I have is that it is completely remote at this point.
