- Young employees; you'll likely report to someone with no managerial experience but that's got at your job.
- Sporadic work; I may work 20 hours in a week as I and my contract desire or I may only have 10 hours of work to do. Some weeks are very busy while others aren't.
- Lack of focus; Noxcrew gets easily distracted by new and fancy. A new feature that will be great on launch can delay everything only a small amount-- but it keeps going(this is my big pet peeve, but most actually enjoy this. Take it as a pro or con)
- Lack of direction; you need to be able to take initiative and do your own thing for your project rather than just getting tasks. If you can and enjoy doing so, see this as a strong pro.
