There might be days where you have a lot of downtime, so being self motivated and finding something to do is needed.

Nice coworkers, continuous training and development sessions, good work-life balance. I learned what I don’t want from an employer.

Pay was low considering what they charge clients for cold calling, no option for remote work while management didn’t come in everyday, lots of turnover, no opportunity for growth. 3 women on a sales floor of about 25 was also a huge con for me.
