Another advantage used to be the WFH setup, which offered flexibility and a healthier work-life balance. However, that benefit has now been removed as the company has shifted back to an in-office setup, so it’s no longer something employees can count on.

The company offers no real benefits aside from the mandatory government contributions. Sales quotas for each team are unrealistic. Detached from reality and fosters a toxic culture, with decision-making heavily influenced by personal biases rather than sound business practices. HR lacks independence. Favoritism is rampant, and employee surveys are weaponized against staff instead of being used for improvement. Career growth opportunities are virtually non-existent, and the environment expects employees to operate mechanically, without a voice or the freedom to share ideas or concerns. A big agency with a start up process and direction.
