      It’s a big agency where you constantly have to prove yourself. Politics is also kinda big here. If the CEO doesnt know you or doesnt believe in you, you’re going to be stuck. Before pandemic, work life balance was great. we would all be out of the office by 6pm. During and after, it was non existent. We would be up all night working and meeting.

      Only the employees. Everyone is nice and smart and works hard.

      Management, HR, very focused on image. They also stopped paying for Pagibig and SSS for months at a time, so theyre scammers too. Selfish upper management who dont care about employees, they only want you to think they care so they can continue underpaying you.
