It's difficult to say what the pros are. I get satisfaction from the work I do, but I never feel appreciated. I would like to be pat on the back every once in a while and told I am doing a good job.

Short breaks. Low pay. Management doesn't seem to have a good way to keep track of inventory and we're often out of parts.
